Chairs

The Chair of International Relations is concerned with theories of international politics, global security policy, foreign policy analysis, and the role of political force in general. The chair is held by Prof. Dr. James W. Davis.

The Chair of Comparative Politics is held by Prof. Dr. Tina Freyburg. Ours is an innovative and diverse research program and range of courses, which draws together our interest in empirical democracy research, applied social science research methods, and evidence-based policy advice.
